Mr Ryan Greer began Flux Productions in 2004 - selling T-shirts on the streets of SoHo. Now crafting bags and accessories in his Brooklyn studio, the 33-year-old sells at Brooklyn Flea, various stores, and has been commissioned by the likes of Thakoon and featured in GQ. 


Raised in Kentucky, Mr Brook Klausing developed a love for the great outdoors and an education in the art of its manipulation. His current business, Brook Landscape, creates outdoor garden rooms. He designs gardens for the New York elite and has been featured in The New York Times, Nowness and Monocle. 

New York City's Ennis McIntosh is a design, carpentry and shop-fitting firm comprising Mr Sean Ennis, 33, and Mr Angus McIntosh, 27. Both guys are carpenters as well as designers and have worked on projects that include offices for Acne, the Happy Bones coffee shop, Gilligan's bar at the Soho Grand Hotel and Moby Dick's bar and restaurant in Montauk. 

Married couple Mr David Moltz and Ms Kavi Ahuja Moltz, both 33, are behind D.S. & Durga, a Brooklyn-based perfume brand. Durga, in case you're wondering, is a Hindu goddess, and also Mr Moltz's nickname for his wife. Mr Moltz creates the fragrances and the stories that go with them, while Ms Moltz, whose background is in architecture, creates the packaging. 

The Brooklyn-based artist Mr Canyon Castator grew up in an artistic household in Colorado before moving to New York. Mr Castator, 23, works in a variety of mediums including tattoos, oils on canvas and digital "painting". 

Born in Minnesota, Mr Harth is a multidisciplinary visual artist and designer. In late 2010 the 34-year-old began NYCutlery - a project to make use of underused materials and specialising in knife making from his Clinton Hill workshop.
