If someone would ask me about my favourite Romanian band(s), I would take a moment, or a few, and then a couple more, and probably answer Pasărea Colibri, Pheonix and/or Taraf de Haïdouks, Fanfara Ciocărlia (depending on my mood)..Today I would add Robin & The Backstabbers and Theory of Mind! Hope they'll keep up the good work!
Dear international readers (how cool does that sound, ah?),
Please take a minute (or two or eight), and listen to these really nice songs. I do not intend to change any opinion, but hopefully some of you will realise/understand that Romanian Music (although most of it is..mm..not my type let's say), is beyond MadamInna and her Sunny Songs, Moniseur Connect-R who does not sleep all summer long, or his brotha Alex who prefers to make love in minimum two!
These songs do not have millions of views (unfortunately), although in my opinion they deserve them..And if you like what you hear, take more minutes and listen to some other songs on youtube (most of their songs are in English btw, but I posted two in Romanian deliberately)
